What does the message "Non Commercial use Unlicensed Product" mean on Windows 8.1 RT? I payed for the product to utilize it!

Yep Function 365 licenses/subscriptions are "per user". Merely each user tin install / activate on upwards to five computers for their own use. MS says that one of those 5 allocations may exist for a Surface RT/Function RT used in the business.
I also recently saw this reply to a 365 business organization license use question. Persionally I don't believe information technology was correct, just "MS said so ..."
I called Microsoft in my country and they said: yes, for 1 license of Part 365 5 people from the same company and in the aforementioned building tin work on 5 different devices.
I think information technology's a very skilful bargain!

This link doesn't take you to the fix. I have been able to run my Role (Home edition 2013, Windows viii.i) products for 2 years without this problem. This is the third time in the past 4 weeks that I've had this problem. Information technology's also associated with the error message upon Windows startup of "Windows couldn't connect to the Group Policy Customer service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in. As an administrative user, you lot can review the arrangement event log for details about why the service didn't respond." Unfortunately, the message doesn't tell yous how to fix the trouble. Is there some association betwixt this problem and the release of Windows 10?
